Our mission is to enrich the lives of children with a brain injury and provide hope to their families through support and education.

To qualify for support, your child must meet the following criteria:

The child must be 18 years or younger.
The child must have an acquired brain injury.
The child must be a US citizen or have permanent residency in the US.

Health Benefits Advocacy

Please indicate your need for assistance with navigating medical care, insurance coverage, or claim resolution

Emergency Support Services

Please indicate the emergency support services you need, such as crisis management, immediate financial support, or immediate assistance related to your child’s care

Please indicate the connections you are interested in such as in-person meet up for child, social engagement, phone/virtual connection, emotional support, learning about therapies/treatments

Our Financial Assistance Application opens periodically. Please check back on the 1st and 15th of every month for that application, which is different from this form. If our financial application is open, it will be the first page under the "Get Support" tab, titled "Financial Assistance Application."
